Books for Collier Kids is thrilled to welcome Bailey Ditty and Cheryl Grant to its Board of Directors. This nonprofit 501(c)(3) is dedicated to ensuring every child in Collier County has books at home to read, keep, and cherish, helping them succeed in school and life.

Literacy is one of the best predictors of a child’s future success. Access to books at home not only helps children bond with loved ones but also addresses critical literacy issues. With the support of new board members, Books for Collier Kids continues its mission to foster a love of reading and improve literacy rates in Collier County, Florida.
About the New Board Members
Bailey Ditty: An Occupational Therapist and new mom, Bailey Ditty brings a background in executive leadership and clinical instruction to her role on the Board and is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children.
Cheryl Grant: An ongoing “Sustainer” of our charity since its founding in 2005, Cheryl Grant is branching from donor to Board Member, utilizing her decades of experience as an educator and volunteer in public and private schools to ensure more books for Collier kids.
With their combined expertise and passion, Bailey Ditty and Cheryl Grant are valuable additions to the Books for Collier Kids team, helping to provide essential resources for children’s literacy and development in the community.
